It’s simple. The way you think you sound is now how the rest of the world thinks you sound. It’s probably the same thing in your company. The way you think your company looks to customers is probably not how they think it looks.
You need to jump the counter and start to see things from their perspective. The golden rule for every business is this: Put yourself in your customer’s place.
