Give Your Company’s Very Best to Your Customers

It’s that magical time of year when our thoughts turn to Romance. I wrote the book Romancing Your Customer, and it’s a great time to reinforce the thought that we should all be giving our very best to our Customers.
To give your Company’s very best to your Customers, you first have to give your very best to your Team. You must deliver on Company Culture. Herb Kelleher (founder and original CEO of Southwest Airlines) said; ”Your employees come first. And if you treat your employees right, guess what? Your customers come back, and that makes your shareholders happy. Start with employees and the rest follows from that”.
To give your very best to your Team, you have to give your very best to yourself. Think about it like this – If You Are Empty, How Will You Fill Others?
