Earlier this month Don visited our local Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) chapter to deliver a training session to our strategic alliance partners. The purpose of this training session was: 1. Give our alliance partners simple, effective tools to make the most of their investment 2. Hold these partners (and our chapter) immediately accountable to use these tools in the next 24 hours At the end of the training session, Don asked everyone a question: “On a scale of 1-10, with WOW being 11+, how would you rate this training experience?” As we went around the boardroom table, just about everyone refrained from rating the session with a number. Instead, just about everyone said WOW. Don was a tremendous asset to our organization that day and every day following. I’d highly recommend working with Don Williams as our chapter will absolutely be bringing him back for future events, trainings, keynotes and other leadership needs.
