Aim for WOW

Amazing customer service (the “wow”) creates an emotional connection between you and your customers that transcends a mere transaction. Customers who have a strong, positive emotional connection to your business are more inclined to become repeat customers and tell others about your business.

This is why, it isn’t enough to satisfy your customer. It isn’t enough to get a 10 on a 1-10 scale. You have to get 11 and more. You have to go the extra mile. You must make more effort than is expected of you. In business, this principle can’t be just an occasional or an ad-hoc attitude, it has to begin in the board-room and trickle down to front-line.
