Myers-Briggs Personality Type: INTJ

People with the INTJ personality type tend to be highly independent, confident, and self-sufficient individuals. They are analytical, creative, and driven. INTJs are sometimes referred to as “the Architect” or “the Scientist,” “the Strategist,” or “the Mastermind.”  INTJ’s place emphasis on logic and fact rather than emotion and can be viewed as perfectionists. They typically have high expectations of competence and performance for themselves and others. Famous INTJs include Elon Musk, Ayn Rand, Stephen Hawking, Thomas Jefferson, Lance Armstrong, and Bill Gates. INTJ is the third rarest type in the population. INTJs make up 2% of the general population https://www.myersbriggs.org

The Story of Don Williams

I became an entrepreneur and built my first company based on my sales talent. At age 19 I was the top salesman in the United States for a company that had 44 offices. A year later I was the top sales manager for the same company. Several years later still in my early 20’s, I began selling houses and sold 17 houses my first month. I didn’t know that was nearly impossible. Sometimes not knowing how difficult things are can be a blessing. I started my first Company at age 26 and grew to 22 locations within a couple of years without outside capital or debt. Since that first Company, I’ve founded a dozen companies, helped over half of the Fortune 500 and countless entrepreneurs. My passion is Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences or what I call CX to the power of two or CX2.

My Mission

My mission is to help others, help others. Personally, I support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and several Ministries. Professionally, I help entrepreneurs sell more & service better. The results from true Customer Centricity are literally astonishing and for most Companies that most significant improvement you can implement.
